Growing Up

First week at Kindy for C now complete (he goes tues,wed and thu afternoons). Not surprsingly he thinks its great- all those toys and a really big sandpit complete with it's own stream!!! he could easily spend all afternoon just doing one thing tho he normally stops for a comfort or food break and realises there's something else he really wants to do! L thinks its great too though would prefer there to be some sea to go with the beach!

I've only left him for an hour at a time so far and he says he'd like me to stay for a bit next time we go too so we'll see how that goes. He's been happy for me to leave so far and is excited to be 'bigger' and therefore old enough to go to Kindy, and seems to have enough energy to walk all the way home - watching him run down the pavement in front of me with us being 'on the way home from school' is what seriously makes me realise he's growing up!
