where where?

This is what we hear all day from L. First thing pointing at Daddy's pillow, or carrying round his slippers, and from then whenever anything out of sight is mentioned, or she can't find something 'where where?' is the response- often multiple times!
She loves going out- anywhere! Once she's been out of the house (even to the garden) she's much happier inside and will settle to play (rather than sitting on my hip!!). Today she's been 'making tea' for much of the day! The last few days she's been in gathering mode- collecting things onto the brick trolley and taking them places, unloading, reloading and setting off somewhere else- gently amusing to watch!!
As younger sibling she's also learning exactly what will wind her brother up and enjoys the reaction (except when sat upon!).
The older sibling seems to be coping with his lack of body parts very well! He is so quiet when sleeping it's almost unnerving (We've been able to hear him at least breathing from the doorway since he was a baby- and more recently heard his snores from the lounge), so it'll be interesting to see what his energy levels will be like when he's recovered. During the day he still dips a bit when the next dose of medicine is due, but didn't retreat to the sofa today. Trying to work out what the next level of activity involves so we don't do too much too soon!
Had a welcome if fleeting visit from Richard and Fi today (my uncle and aunt) who are travelling these parts. It's always a real treat to see family, and felt incredibly normal. C responded very well to them (L mostly asleep), and wasn't impressed when time for them to leave. After they left many vehicles were involved in a going on holiday to England game..... One day!
